Doorstep Delivery Charges
When handling low value items, a higher shipment charge is incurred by the courier companies. In such cases, a nominal delivery charge helps in offsetting the logistical costs. For a sub-total cart value below Rs. 499/-, a doorstep delivery charge of Rs. 59/- is levied on the total cart value, irrespective of the mode of payment (whether cash on delivery or prepaid). In cases otherwise, the charge is waived off.
Cash on Delivery Charges
Availability of CoD services depends on the ability of our courier partners servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. This additional cash handling service is provided by the courier companies at an extra charge. For all CoD orders, a CoD charge of Rs. 40/- is levied on the sub-total cart value. In cases otherwise, the charge is waived off.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
All items are generally procured and shipped within the time mentioned on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on: product availability; destination of order; excluded business days; natural calamities in delivery region; disturbance in delivery region for any reason whatsoever which hampers the security of the delivery personnel. An approximate delivery date is mentioned in e-mail when an order is successfully placed, with a variation of 7-10 days, which depend on the factors mentioned beforehand.
Cancellation By Customer
- Pre shipment cancellation: Buyer will be able to cancel an order at any time prior to order dispatch via email/ phone. In such cases, refund (if applicable) will be done within 7 working days as per Refund Policy.
- Post-shipment cancellation: In case an order is cancelled after it has been shipped from our facility, a cancellation charge of 8% will be applicable on the order which will be adjusted from the refund amount (if applicable). In such cases, remaining refund (if applicable) will be done as per Refund Policy once the courier partner confirms the return of the parcel.
Cancellation By DeoBazaar
DeoBazaar.com reserves the right to cancel any order as deemed fit. In case the company cannot fulfill an order due to : unforeseen circumstances obstructing the delivery of the parcel; limited quantity available for shipment of order; error in pricing or product information; error in buyer information; fraudulent order; any other non-specified reason, the order will be cancelled. The refund (if applicable) will be done within 7 working days as per Refund Policy.
Replacement / Return
Get in touch with us within 7 days from order delivery to guarantee a replacement / refund. An order will be eligible for replacement / refund in case the delivery includes- damaged / defective product; wrong product; incorrect pricing / product information.
Following items are not eligible for return. We urge you to please be sure of the merchandize when ordering from the following categories.
Bath Bubble/Salt/Sponge/Wash, Body Wash, Loofahs, Scrubs, Creams, Shampoos, Conditioners, Soaps, Shaving Products, Face Wash, Face Care/Fairness Products, Gels, Hair Care, Kajal, Blackhead/Makeup/Nail Paint Removers, Mascara.
All claims for damaged / defective product; wrong product; incorrect pricing of product; wrong product information will be valid only if images of the product(s) focusing the issue are shared via email / any other medium to support the claim.
Once a claim is raised, our team will inspect the matter and shared images. A resolution will be given within 7 working days.
If your order is eligible for a pickup, carefully pack the item(s) in question in the same parcel. Pickup will be done within 10 working days from date of initiation. A subsequent replacement / refund will be finalized on a case to case basis once the parcel has been successfully picked up. The complete process will be done within 2 weeks from initiation.
Return of the item(s) will not be acceptable in following cases:
- When item returned is incorrect
- When an item is damaged because of use / improper packaging or when it is not in the same condition as you received it
- When anything is missing from the package you've received including labels, original packaging, freebies, gift item(s) and other such item(s)
- When non returnable item(s) are involved
- When item(s) have been tampered with
In case your order is not eligible for reverse pickup, you may be asked to ship the item(s) back to origin. Any courier charges incurred in such case will not be refunded. Since a refund / replacement can be arranged only after the item reaches origin destination, please make sure that the item is sent to the address mentioned in the return related email within 30 days of the email being sent to you. The return request might be considered invalid if the item does not reach the specified address within 30 days.
If an order is eligible for a refund, the process will be initiated once the returned item(s) have been received at the mentioned location.
In case of return of order due to reasons other than mentioned above, the shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
In case, issue is found in an item after the return period, you can get in touch with the brand or their authorized channel distribution partner for a resolution.
We urge you not to accept the package if it is found open or tampered on delivery. In case the package is accepted in such condition, any disputes regarding the contents will not be considered valid.
We do not cater to any replacement / refund requests on the basis of dislike of product / wrong product ordered. We request you to please be sure of the merchandize while ordering.
Courier Returned Shipments
- Cash on delivery : Shipments returned to origin city (due to any reason) will not be shipped again. Any discounts / offers / schemes / vouchers / gift wrapping charges / other special charges for the order will be considered as 'claimed' and may/may not be available for reuse as per company policy.
- Prepaid : Shipments returned to origin city (due to any reason) will be reshipped to destination. In case of failure of delivery in the subsequent attempt, the order will be cancelled and refund will be initiated as per Refund Policy. Any discounts / offers / schemes / vouchers / gift wrapping charges / other special charges for the order will be rejected / refunded as per company policy. In case an order is undelivered, unclaimed or returned to origin due to customer related issue, the courier charges will not be refunded.
Once an order, whether CoD or prepaid, is accepted for refund, the amount will be initiated solely in the form of cash back voucher(s) / DeoBazaar credit. This credit shall be usable by default for a period of one month from initiation and can be used on the Website for your further purchase with us.
In case the credit has expired, it can be revalidated by getting in touch with us via phone / email.
In case you wish to claim a back-to-source-refund instead of credit, please get in touch with us via email / phone.
Refund procedure for any case will be completed within 7 days from initiation.
